The jade Buddha in Dalian Jade Buddha Temple, carved with Hemo jade by Chinese arts and crafts master Mr. Gu Yongjun with one year and three months and completed in Jun. 2002 in the Great Buddha Hall of the Jade Buddha Temple, is 2.8m in full- height, 1.8m in net height and 6.9T in weight. It has broken the world record of the biggest Hemo Jade Buddha as recognized by World Record Association.
