The 1st and 2nd phase construction of the indoor spring entertaining park of Dalian Chenyuan Garden started in 2007 and completed in Nov. 2010. The building area of the 1st phase park is 14,889.8m2 and the building area of the 2nd phase is 14,688.5m2. The total building area is 29,578.3m2. It has broken the world record of the indoor spring entertaining park with the biggest building area as recognized by World Record Association.
